General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Between Parpa Store SAS, owner of the ParpaStore.bf online store, 17 BV 30045, Ouagadougou 17, registered with the Burkina Faso Trade and Companies Register under number RCCM: BF OUA 01-2023-B16-07085, IFU 00207004U, represented by Mr. PARE B. The Seller publishes products and services of Parpa Store SAS exclusively for consumers, marketed through its websites (https://www.parpastore.com). The list and description of the goods and services offered by the Company can be viewed on the aforementioned websites.

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.

Article 2: General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of Products made through the Company's websites, which form an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of payment (or the first payment in the case of multiple payments) of the order. These GTC are available on the Company's website at the following address: https://www.parpastore.bf. The Company also ensures that acceptance is clear and unconditional by implementing a checkbox and a validation click. The Customer declares having read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and where applicable, the Special Terms and Conditions of Sale related to a product or service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation. The Customer acknowledges having received the necessary advice and information to ensure the suitability of the offer to their needs. The Customer declares being legally capable of entering into a contract under Burkinabe law or being duly authorized to represent the natural or legal person on whose behalf they are acting. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transactions.

Article 2: Prices

The prices of products sold on the website https://www.parpastore.bf are indicated in FCFA, inclusive of all taxes (VAT + any other applicable taxes), on the product description pages and the order page, and exclusive of specific shipping costs. For all products shipped outside Burkina Faso, the price is automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable in certain cases. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of the Seller. They are the responsibility of the buyer (declarations, payment to the relevant authorities, etc.). The Seller therefore advises the buyer to inquire about these matters with the appropriate local authorities. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time for future orders. Article 3: Online Contract Conclusion

The Customer must follow a series of steps specific to each Product offered by the Seller in order to place an order. However, the steps described below are standard:

  • Selection of the Product, and where applicable, its options, and provision of the Customer's essential information (identification, address, etc.);
  • Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  • Verification of the order details and, where applicable, correction of any errors.
  • Following the payment instructions and payment for the products.
  • Delivery of the products.

The Customer will then receive email confirmation of payment for the order, as well as an order acknowledgment confirming the order. They will also receive a PDF copy of these terms and conditions of sale.
