Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is not suitable, you have the right to return it.

1. Return Period

You have 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-returnable products

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Refund or exchange

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will:

    • either exchange
    • or refund, according to your choice and our terms and conditions.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or a defective product.
